Fecstatic offers its website (Fecstatic.com) and related services (collectively, the “Service”) to you as long as you follow these Terms of Use. “You” means the person agreeing to these terms, and possibly the company they represent. “We” or “Fecstatic” means Fecstatic and its affiliates.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully—they include legal rights, limits, and how disputes will be handled. We may change these terms at any time. It’s your responsibility to check for updates. If you keep using the site, that means you accept the changes.

REGISTERED USERS & SUBCRIBERS
To become a registered user, you must create an account and activate it through a confirmation email. This gives you access to more features, like posting, editing, and liking content. Subscribers also get access to exclusive financial data and tools (“Fecstatic Data”). Do not share your login info with anyone. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Fecstatic can limit or remove access at any time without warning. You must be at least 17 years old to use the site.

COPYRIGHT AND LIMITATIONS ON USE
Everything on Fecstatic.com—like articles, tools, and charts—belongs to Fecstatic or its partners and is protected by law. You can print or save it for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, or sell any content without permission, except for small portions shared occasionally for non-commercial reasons. Don’t use bots or similar tools to collect data. You also can’t repost Fecstatic content to mailing lists or message boards without approval. Fecstatic provides facts and opinions but doesn’t guarantee their accuracy or offer financial advice. Each subscription is for one person only and cannot be shared. Extra users need their own accounts.

SUBSCRIBE FEES
Subscribers must pay the monthly fee upfront for monthly plans, and the yearly fee upfront for yearly plans. Monthly plans last 1 month and do not renew automatically. Yearly plans last 1 year and also do not renew automatically. Service will only begin after payment is processed. Fecstatic may offer a free trial for some plans. After the trial ends, regular terms will apply.

PAYMENT METHOD
You can pay using QRIS. Fecstatic is not responsible for any fraud that happens through QRIS or other payment methods. All payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or converted to it. Payments are usually processed within 24 hours. After payment, a receipt will be sent to your email within 1 day. This email is your proof of purchase—please keep it for your records. Once your payment is successful, your subscription starts right away. No refunds will be given after the purchase is completed.

SUBSCRIBER TERM/TERMINATIONInitial Terms: 1 month for monthly subscriptions, 1 year for yearly subscriptions. Termination Rights: Fecstatic may suspend or terminate your access for breach of terms, including:
(a) Deleting content
(b) Issuing warnings
(c) Suspending access
(d) Deleting accounts
(e) Blocking IPs
(f) Taking legal action
No Circumvention: You must not attempt to bypass bans or suspensions.

CHANGED TERMS
Modification Rights: Fecstatic can modify terms, including adding fees, at any time. Notification: Changes may be announced via the site, email, or other communication methods. Continued Use = Acceptance: By continuing to use the service, you accept the updated terms.

USER CONTENT
Responsibility: Users are fully responsible for content they post or share.
Ownership and License: You retain ownership but grant Fecstatic a broad, global license to use your content.
Fecstatic can use, modify, distribute, or display your content.
Content Rules: Your content must not: Infringe on others’ rights Be illegal or inappropriate Contain harmful software Duplicate prior posts Violate site rules
Moderation: Fecstatic can remove or edit content without prior notice.
Monitoring: Fecstatic doesn’t promise to monitor content but will act if violations are reported.

SUBMISSIONS

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire Agreement: These terms override all previous agreements. Enforceability: If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. No Waiver: Inaction by Fecstatic on enforcing a term doesn’t waive its right to do so later.
