Fecstatic protects all information provided by Users when using all Fecstatic Services.

USER CHOICES AND TRANSPARENCY

Mobile devices generally (iOS, Android, etc.) have settings that prevent the Fecstatic application from accessing certain data without User consent. iOS devices will notify Users when the Fecstatic application first requests data access, while Android devices will notify Users when the Fecstatic application is first loaded. By using the application and providing access to the application, Users have considered giving consent to the Privacy Policy.

2. Information Settings

Users can access and change information such as email address, phone number, profile photo, and other information through the “settings” feature.

PHONE NUMBERS AND CONTACTS

We will never scan or import your contacts unless you request it. If you choose to do so, we will only use your contact information to help you find friends or contacts who use Fecstatic.

UNDERAGE USERS

For example, when accessing online broker services provided by Fecstatic through the Services, Fecstatic's Terms and Conditions apply to all matters arising from the use of any services provided to you through Fecstatic. COOKIES

1. Definition of Cookies

8. Third-Party Features

Fecstatic may use features provided by third parties to improve Fecstatic's Services and content, including customizing and presenting advertisements to each User based on interests or visit history. If you do not want your advertisements to be displayed based on such customization, you can set it through your browser.
